We took our China lessons into the kitchen!
How cool is that!?
Our "fortunes"
ingredients:
sugar, flour, egg white, butter
spaced far apart.... 5 min. in the oven.

Place the "fortune strip" in the middle of the cookie, fold in half and half again. Place in a muffin tin to cool and to help hold it's shape.
These were a bit over cooked, 5 min. is really all they need in the oven.
The kids loved cooking them! They tasted really good too!
